Preliminary Chinook Ridge Castle drawings.

Preliminary Architectural Drawings

Revised plans involve becoming Chinook Ridge Castle & RV Park.  Generously sized 25' wide lots, tree buffer zones between each lot, and each lot will be serviced with 50 amp power and water. A kick my own butt kind of week

Yup, getting a lot done!  Eveyday is a new day and I am making progress.  Team is almost complete.  Water License Application is in.  Engineers working on Wastewater and Stormwater plans.  My Business Plan is 95% complete but submitted for review.  Hope to let you have a peak at the Plans and Architectural Drawings by the end of the week.

New Beginnings, Fresh Energy

This plan has been sitting on the shelf long enough, time for a revamp.  I am in the process of assembling a new team of energized people for architectural drawings, water and waste water management, electrical installers, construction, landscaping design, tree installers and heavy equipment operators.

We did it! 7 to 2!

The BIG DAY is Here!

Yup!  Just printing the final presentation before heading in to run the gauntlet!  Heading off to the Public Hearing at 911 32 Ave. NE Calgary.  I will be there for testing equipment at 1:00.  Hearing opens at 1:30.
